We serve to empower victims and their families to break the cycle of domestic violence,
we provide secure shelter and on-going direct services. Our services include the following:

  • Crisis intervention
  • 24 hour hotline
  • Emergency shelter
  • Liaison between victims and agencies
  • Justice system advocacy and assistance
  • Emergency transportation
  • Support  groups, education and training programs.

To make the public aware of the resources available to victims and their families and to
prevent the occurrence of domestic violence, we provide community education programs.
Our public awareness/prevention programs work toward social change through presentation
of newspaper articles, brochures, and providing speakers upon request.

Our services are available twenty four hours a day, seven days a week for residents of
Mitchell County, and residents from other locations that have been referred through a
Domestic Violence Program or the victim calling.
